Will it work with my sofa or recliner?

The base is slim enough to slide under a standard sofa arm or recliner seat, which is what puts the top over your lap. If your arm sits higher than 22.4 inches off the floor, it's built for you.

Can I use it as a laptop desk?

Yes — that's one of its best uses. At the top of the range it meets seated desk height, and the surface fits a 15-inch laptop, a mouse and a mug at once.

Is the top easy to keep clean?

Very. The marble-look surface is sealed, heat-resistant and scratch-resistant, so coffee rings and cereal bowls wipe off with a damp cloth. Keys and mugs won't leave marks.

Will it roll easily between rooms?

Yes. All four casters swivel 360°, so it glides over hardwood, tile, laminate and low-pile rugs, then locks in place with the brakes when you're done.

Can I take the tray out?

Yes — the walnut tray lifts out of the middle shelf, so everything goes to the kitchen in one trip and comes back in one motion.

Does the height stay where I set it?
